The cardigan is designed with negative ease and is intended to have a close but comfortable fit.

• 5.00mm (U.S. H/8) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge

• 4.00mm (U.S. G/6) crochet hook for ribbing

• Aran / worsted weight yarn

• 6–10 buttons

• Tapestry needle

Gauge

14 stitches / 12 rows = 10cm x 10cm (4 x 4 inches) in half double crochet

12 stitches / 9 rows = 10cm x 10cm (4 x 4 inches) in alternating bobble and half double crochet
