Mini Moule Hoodie Crochet Pattern

The Moule Hole Patterns are always colour coordinated by size with links to video tutorials to any tricky parts throughout the pattern.
Pattern Description:
The absolutely adorable Mini Moule Hoodie is the perfect gender neutral baby sweater to make for all new arrivals and toddlers. It is a raglan sweater worked from the top down. The sleeves are worked directly onto the sweater and so is the hoodie. There is only one seam in the whole garment and that is sewing the hood! Easy peasy. This pattern uses the linen stitch which you may also know as the moss stitch. The linen stitch uses single crochet and chain stitches. You will chain one and skip the single crochet stitches and single crochet into the chain spaces. Due to the fact we are working with and odd number of stitches, sometimes you will need to place two single crochets in a row. This is all written in the pattern. Two tiny little pockets are added to finish off the hoodie and add extra cuteness! Have a wonderful time making this gorgeous little sweater. Materials:
*4.00mm(U.S. G/6) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
*I used Sirdar Cashmere Merino Silk DK in the colour Sandstone (422).
*NOTE* This yarn is closer to a sport/4ply yarn. If you are not using the suggested yarn, I would definitely go for a lighter weight yarn than DK to get the correct gauge.
*Check the chart in the photos for approximately how much yarn you will need.
*4-7 buttons (2cm/0.75in)
Gauge:
26 stitches/26 rows= 10cmX10cm (4X4 inch) in linen stitch (sc & ch1/sk1)
Stitches and abbreviations used:
ch- chain stitch
ch1/sk1- chain one and skip one stitch
hdc- half double crochet
In- Increase
PSM- place stitch marker
RSM- remove stitch marker
RS- right side
sc- single crochet
sl st- slip stitch
sp- space
st or sts- stitch or stitches
WS- wrong side
