Pattern Description
The Lark Sweater is tunic style sweater which is constructed as a circular yoke, all in one piece. The yoke is stitched and then the sleeves are separated. When the body is complete you join your yarn to the skipped sleeve stitches and finish each sleeve. The back of the sweater has a buttoned opening at the top, and below is seamed as you go with a slip stitch. After each turn, make sure you always skip the slip stitch when you begin the new row. In many of my previous patterns, I would ch2 to begin a row. This pattern is different as the rows begin with a ch1. This makes the seam at the back of the sweater less visible. After the sleeves are separated, we do one more increase row to give the sweater more volume
Materials:
*4.00mm(U.S G/6) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
